Emirati astronaut Neyadi's posters adorn the streets of New Delhi ahead of G20 summit

In tribute to the United Arab Emirates, billboards featuring Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi have appeared throughout the Indian capital New Delhi which is preparing to host the 18th G20 summit.

These large billboards serve as a reminder of the international cooperation that continues to drive progress in scientific endeavors.

Al-Neyadi returned to Earth at the beginning of this week, after completing the longest Arab space mission aboard the International Space Station. He also became the first Arab astronaut to complete a spacewalk.



The successful Al Neyadi mission marked a milestone in the ambitious space programme of the United Arab Emirates, which aims to make significant contributions to space exploration and science. The timing of these paintings also coincides with the achievement achieved by India in space exploration through the Chandrayaan 3 mission of the Space Research Organization. India, which recently made a successful landing on the moon.

The visual campaign, which shows the famous astronaut in his space suit, attracted the attention of city residents and delegations alike.
