Team India has exhibited exceptional performance against Sri Lanka. This is after a very long time that Team India has played like a champion. Team combination looks to settle down by now. Skipper Rohit Sharma got his form back, while Virat Kohli is also back in form. He is playing like a king once again, dominated against Sri Lanka and scored two centuries. Another young star Shubham Gill carried out his responsibility very well. He gave Team India a solid start. He looks like a very strong contender for the opening slot. The best part was India’s bowling unit. The way Mohammed Siraj has come up in a couple of years shows his temperament. Siraj impressed us very much with his skill.

He has become a wicket-taker for the team. The way he has bowled with the new and old ball shows his skill. I am sure if he continues to work hard, then he will become a go-to-bowler for India. I also appreciate senior players like Rohit and Virat for always encouraging Siraj from the day one. Hope Siraj goes on to play for a very long time.  Now, Team India is playing  against New Zealand, let’s see how team India handle the in-form New Zealand team.
