The father of a student filed a lawsuit demanding that the father of another, pay Dhs50,000 in compensation for the physical and moral damages experienced by his son after the second student punched him in the mouth.

The Court of First Instance fined the father of the assaulting student Dhs20,000.

Details date back to earlier when the first student’s father filed a lawsuit complaining that the second student assaulted his son by punching him in the mouth and pushing him to the ground, causing him the injuries described in the forensic report, including the loss of half of the right central incisor tooth and part of the right canine tooth in the upper jaw with a deficit of 1%.
