Dubai’s Global Village to open on Oct.26 with new excitement

Once again Global Village Dubai is ready to offer thrilling attractions from cultures of 90 countries across the world at one place as its management has announced that its gates will reopen to the world on Tuesday, 26th October 2021. It will last over 167 days until 10th April 2022.

Interested parties can register now as final touches are made to the Season 26 master plan as it claims to be the world's largest tourism, leisure, shopping and entertainment project.

It is the region's first cultural, entertainment, family and shopping destination. Every year, it has over 5 million visitors over an area of 17,200,000 sq ft (1,600,000 m2). The current admission fee is Dhs15.

Prospective partners for kiosks and food carts have until 1st August 2021 to submit their concepts and bids before the Request for Proposal (RFP) closes.

From arts and crafts to fashion and homeware, there is so much on offer at each of its unique pavilions.

The new street food destination, Fiesta Street, is a hit as new restaurants, the Georgian Old Tbilisi and Al Asalah Al Shamiah from Syria, wait for their customers.

Bader Anwahi, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Village, said, "Every year we work hand-in-hand with thousands of commercial partners and exhibitors, and this year we are particularly proud of our role in supporting the economy as well as helping to further Dubai’s positioning as both a tourist and business hub. As we look ahead to Season 26, we have much to be optimistic about. We look forward to building on last season’s accomplishments to ensure next season’s success."

Global Village is committed to supporting SMEs and has planned many improvements in the areas which host street-food kiosks.

Many notable international artists such as Jason Derulo, Liam Payne, Now United, Shahrukh Khan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Samira Said, Elissa, Neha Kakkar, Guru Randhawa, Atif Aslam etc. have performed here.
