An Asian barber, 31 year-old, was arrested and referred to criminal court for brutally beating a man and unintentionally causing his death in Dubai.

Official records indicate that the victim was staying at a sharing apartment with others when he came across the defendant on the day of the incident.

The defendant also used to collect rent from the victim and his roommates, was surprised by a sudden visit from a building inspection committee, and had to lock the victim’s apartment and make it seem like it was empty of residents.

The defendant closed the apartment, and after the inspection was over he opened it again to suddenly see the victim under the influence of alcohol and angry for being locked up inside the apartment.

The drunken victim was yelling at the defendant and began to curse his mother and sister.

The defendant could not hold his temper and punched the victim in the face, then repeatedly kicked him in different parts of his body until he fell unconscious on the floor.

The defendant carried the motionless victim to his bed and then left the apartment.

When he returned, he found the victim lying down in the same position, and this is when the defendant realised he was dead.

The defendant fled the scene, and the victim’s body was found after his mother contacted the apartment’s owner to check up on him.

The owner broke the apartment’s door to find the victim dead on his bed, and contacted the police who successfully apprehended the defendant after intensive investigations.
