A 40 years old lady with previous two caesarian section surgeries was admitted in the hospital under the care of Dr.Alaa Al Wahaily for elective caesarian section surgeries and tubal ligation.

Patient received spinal anesthesia in view of previous bad experience of anesthesia, she was not tolerating, Dr.Alaa Al Wahaily rushed to the patient and took the baby out , caesarian section surgeries was done and baby was taken out in one minute , post caesarian section surgeries patient and baby were discharged home on the third  day without any complications .
