Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched the Manzili initiative within the framework of a strategic partnership between public and private sectors to develop Dubai’s real estate market. It also comes under the patronage of DLD as part of its vision to provide the best real estate services with the highest levels of transparency and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers to choose the most suitable property via the Manzili calculator.

In his opening speech, Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, expressed happiness with this cooperation and provided the necessary support and sponsorship for the initiative that will have positive repercussions on the real estate sector.

Bin Mejren added: “We found in this initiative one of the important tools to help us achieve our corporate goals. We will continue our efforts to develop partnerships and cooperation with the private sector as well as work together to provide a globally attractive investment environment, achieve the strategic objectives of the government in the real estate sector, and encourage investment in it by creating the ideal climate for real estate investors while striving to enhance the real estate sector’s contribution to the overall development of the Emirate.”

The Manzili calculator displays all properties that match a customer’s financial capabilities with preferential options upon registering for current and monthly savings, including location and space, among other considerations. The calculator also offers the first search mechanism that is not solely based on the customer’s current financial situation, but also takes into account monthly savings capacity when generating results.

Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Promotion and Real Estate Investment Management Sector at DLD, stressed that the Manzili initiative aims to provide real opportunities for employees of different nationalities working in the UAE and enable them to purchase homes that match their needs.
