Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is all set to return to the city for its fifth annual edition from Oct.29 to Nov.27, 2021. During DFC Dubai’s residents and visitors to commit to 30 minutes of activity for 30 days.
Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) will kick off its fourth edition from October 30 to November 28, 2020, featuring 30 days of virtual and physical events for all residents to commit to an active lifestyle.
On 27 November, the entire city will become a personalised running track for all ages, abilities and fitness levels; giving everyone exciting new reasons to join the flagship fitness movement launched by Sheikh Hamdan.

The city’s superhighway, Sheikh Zayed Road, was transformed into a giant running track for Dubai Run, as participants of all ages and abilities ran and walked at their own pace on 5km and 10km routes.
Dubai Ride will be held on Sunday (Nov.12), while Dubai Run will conclude the Dubai Fitness Challenge on (Nov.26). This flagship fitness initiative of Hamdan bin Mohammed aims to transform Dubai into one of the world's most active cities
