Digital rights group Myanmar ICT for Development (MIDO) said it had found more than 800 pro-military videos that menaced protesters at a time of increasing bloodshed — with 38 protesters killed on Wednesday alone according to the United Nations.
“In India, we're testing the ability for Instagram creators to choose to have their Reels recommended on Facebook... creators can reach new audiences and people can create and discover more entertaining content,” a Facebook spokeswoman told Reuters.
An American woman posted a video on TikTok last week explaining that she used "Gorilla Glue" industrial-strength spray adhesive after her regular product ran out. The glue left her hair in the same position for a month, has raised more than $15,000 for possible surgery.
This week, Kaylin Phillips, who goes by the username @kaylinmarie21, uploaded a TikTok in which she could be seen holding a small orange and blue octopus in the palm of her hand.
TikTok released a statement saying that it was "pleased" to be once again available to Pakistan. "This is a testament to TikTok's continued commitment to enforcing our community guidelines to promote a safe and positive community online."
According to police, the four were travelling in a car when unknown men opened fire on them, killing Muskan Sheikh on the spot while the other three, Syed Rehan Shah, Amir Khan, and Saddam Hussein, succumbed to their wounds later.

US officials and lawmakers in recent weeks have voiced fears of the wildly popular video platform being used by Beijing for nefarious purposes, but the company has denied any links to the Chinese government.
