From identifying types of bullying to learning strategies on dealing with bullies, the Child Safety Department (CSD), an affiliate of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, organised several workshops that helped raise children’s awareness of bullying and skills needed to address it as part ofthe recently concluded National Bullying Prevention Week.

Seventy-five per cent of Grade 4 Maths and Science students, 74% of Grade 8 Maths students and 78% of Grade 8 Science students scored above the TIMSS international average scale of 500.
The KHDA encouraged parents and students to focus on the positives of the school reopening while ensuring preventive measures are strictly followed.
Till date, Badiri E-Academy has offered training content to over 8,000 beneficiaries worldwide, vastly improving their personal and professional skill sets through a series of workshops and programmes, and aims to target 1,000,000 beneficiaries within the next three years, noted Dr Al Ali.
The academy will also expand its course offerings in seven languages including Arabic, English, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Urdu, and French, she added.
