The new names

Nepo babies are taking over the fashion and entertainment industries at the moment with new names appearing on the global stage regularly. This week we are taking a closer look at the new celebrity offspring making names for themselves.

Kaia Gerber is the daughter of 90s supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber. Kaia bears a close resemblence to her famous mother and has followed in her modelling footsteps with great success. Lately she has turned to acting with her latest project being “The Shards” by Ryan Murphy. Interestingly she stars alongside Homer Gere who just happens to be the son of Richard Gere, the actor Crawford was linked to in the 90s.

Deacon Phillippe is another nepo baby that has emerged onto the scene lately. Son of actors Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, Deacon is emerging as a musician to keep an eye on. Deacon has already releases some music while studying at university. He seems to like to keep a lower profile than some of the other famous celebrity children. His sister Ava has also appeared in several movies.
