Beauty reworked

As someone who loves make-up and fashion, it is really interesting to watch how beauty trends change over the seasons. This week, we are taking a look at the current trends in make-up which look natural but actually take a lot of work.

The trend we are seeing most right now on red carpets and on runways is soft and natural, moving away from that full glam look. We used to see heavier foundation and sharper eye make-up, but now the focus appears to be on soft skin and enhancing natural features. While the natural look may appear to be simple and effortless, there is actually a lot of work that goes into it.

According to some skin doctors, we have entered the era of undetectable cosmetic work, which we see on the likes of Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber. Little tweaks here and there can bring the face more harmony and balance without obvious changes being noticed. Lindsay Lohan is a great example of this. If you compare her pictures now to her pictures from a few years back, she looks much more youthful without there being anything extreme.
