In spite of their fame and success, there are many actors who regret taking on certain roles in their careers. This week we are taking a look at some of those actors and the movies that they wish they could forget.
Dakota Johnson has quite a few good movies under her belt despite her relatively short career. However, there is one film she wishes she did not do, “Madam Web.” The movie came out last year and was panned by critics and audiences alike. It also did really badly at the box office. Johnson described the experience as a lesson and explained that the film turned out to be very different to the one she thought she had signed up for.
While he seems to be on track to becoming one of Hollywood’s top actors with two Oscar nominations under his belt already, Timothée Chalamet does regret a certain film. In 2019 he starred in “A Rainy Day in New York” with director Woody Allen. Allen became surrounded by controvery after his adopted daughter accused him of abuse and Chalamet became one of the few actors who bravely stood up and expressed regret over working with the director. Chalamet apologised publicly and donated his entire salary from the film to charities.
