The best food quality and hygienic restaurant premises is so important. It’s the responsibility of restaurant owners to make sure they will obey the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority’s rules and regulations which are in the best interest of restaurant business and general public (“Eight restaurants and food establishments shut down in Abu Dhabi,” March24, Gulf Today website).

The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority issued administrative decisions for shutting down eight restaurants and food establishments in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra Region for committing violations that affected public health.

The crackdown against the restaurant owners who violated Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority’s direction is highly justifiable.

I hope the news regarding shutting down eight restaurants and food establishments due to violation of rules that affected public health in Abu Dhabi is a wakeup call for the rest of restaurant owners to obey rules of business.
