People do trust a restaurant owner who will not compromise on food hygiene and follow all directions of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority to ensure the safety of people who enjoy food in the restaurant (“Abu Dhabi shuts down restaurant for repeated violations,” Oct.11, Gulf Today website).

The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority issued a decision administratively shutting down the Abu Dhabi-based Koshary and Halawani Al Tahrir Restaurant.

As the restaurant owner failed to adhere to the emirate body’s instructions, it’s a laudable decision by the authority to shut down the Abu Dhabi-based Koshary and Halawani Al Tahrir Restaurant because the safety of the people is the responsibility of the government.
