With the world revolving around social media these days, a celebrity feud can reach catastrophic levels of coverage. This week we are taking a look at one of the latest dramas that have been unfolding over the last months if not years. It is the drama between Selena Gomez, Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber, their friends and of course the legions of fans which follow and comment on their every move.

There have been a number of incidents that have occurred since Justin Bieber married Hailey back in 2018. Prior to that, Justin had been involved on-and-off with singer Selena Gomez since 2010 to 2018. Their relationship was heavily documented and adored by “Seleners” (the nickname for fans who love Selena) the world over. It was a huge shock when Justin ended up marrying Hailey two months after ending things with Selena.

Since the pair have been married there have been numerous incidents of “shade” traded back and forth, mainly on TikTok. It is mainly from Hailey’s side and usually involves her “friends” which include the likes of Kendall and Kylie Jenner. The digs are always passive aggressive, but it is obvious who they are aimed at and it is usually Selena.

Over the last week Kylie Jenner lost her “most followed female on Instagram” title to Selena, so I am sure there was some animosity there. Not only did Selena overtake her, but Kylie ended up losing a large amount of followers as did Hailey. This was no doubt a result of their “mean girl” behaviour on TikTok.
