The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has issued a circular outlining the back-to-school policy for federal government employees. This policy allows employees the flexibility to adjust their arrival and departure times on the first day of the new academic year.
This is to facilitate their ability to accompany their children to and from school or home, within a limit of three hours. Additionally, the Authority has noted that during the first week, employees may have a flexible work schedule to care for their children in kindergarten, provided this does not exceed three hours within the week.
