Global Village to remain closed on March 1

Global Village is closed Sunday (March 1, 2026), as a precautionary safety measure in line with official guidance.

The UAE's National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) had affirmed on Saturday that the current situation is under control, and that relevant authorities are continuously monitoring developments around the clock.

The Authority stated: "We reassure everyone that the situation is currently under control. The competent authorities are closely and continuously monitoring the situation at all times and around the clock, and all necessary precautionary measures have been taken to ensure the safety of everyone."

Running until May 10, 2026, Season 30 is set to be the most remarkable to date with 30 pavilions representing over 90 cultures from around the world, featuring more than 3,500 shopping outlets, over 250 dining options, more than 40,500 shows and more than 200 rides, games and attractions, all carefully curated to enhance guest experiences.
