Dubai's RTA announces temporary closure of Al Khaleej Street

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has stated that Al Khaleej Street will be temporarily closed to traffic between the Cairo Street Roundabout and Al Wahda Street Roundabout (on the side leading to Infinity Bridge).
The closure will take place from 12:00 AM on Sunday, February 22, 2026, and continue until 5:00 AM on Monday, February 23, 2026, due to ongoing roadworks.
The RTA advised drivers and road users to opt for alternative routes, sharing the update through its account on the X platfrom.
