Sheikh Mohammed launches endowment project at a cost of Dhs4.7 billion

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday launched a humanitarian charitable endowment at cost up to Dhs4.7 billion. Its proceeds will support health and education projects around the world.
Through the X platform, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, said, "Thanks be to God, we have launched an endowment project as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Humanitarian Initiatives. This permanent humanitarian charitable endowment will cost up to Dhs4.7 billion, God willing, and its proceeds will support health and education projects around the world."

His Highness added, "The Endowment District will include a hospital with an annual capacity of 90,000 patients, a medical university, schools for over 5,000 pupils, residential buildings with 2,000 housing units, a boulevard, shops and other endowment facilities."
His Highness also said, "We would like to thank everyone who has supported us, especially Azizi Developments and others. We are grateful to all those who strive for good and work to sustain goodness in this generous and giving land."
"Thanks be to God for His blessings, and may He accept our good deeds and yours,” Sheikh Mohammed added.
