Dubai implements AI-powered parking solutions covering over 36,000 parking spaces

Salik, the operator of Dubai’s toll gate system, and “Parkonic”, a leading provider of smart parking solutions in the UAE, have announced a strategic partnership with Dubai Holding to launch the region’s first fully intelligent parking system.

This AI-driven solution will cover over 36,000 parking spaces across prominent complexes in Dubai, including street, outdoor, and indoor parking areas, aligning with the Dubai Smart City 2030 Vision.

The partnership introduces an integrated, ticketless, barrier-free, and human-intervention-free parking solution.

It leverages advanced AI technologies and software platforms developed by Parkonic, combined with Salik’s seamless payment system.

The revolutionary solution is fully integrated with Salik’s advanced payment infrastructure, enabling instant, contactless, and automated payments, in line with Dubai’s broader smart mobility vision.

This integration enhances user convenience, eliminates fines or violations from overstaying, and positions residents and visitors of these complexes as the first beneficiaries of this smart infrastructure.
