Sharjah Police General Command inaugurated the Shamil Al Ehsan Vehicle Inspection Centre in Al Siyouh — Al Murdah 2, in collaboration with Emirates Petroleum Company (Shamil) and Sharjah Asset Management Holding.
This initiative is part of Sharjah Police’s efforts to expand their services across the emirate and its affiliated areas, strengthening the network of vehicle technical inspection centres.
The move aims to enhance the quality of life for residents in Sharjah and other emirates by providing efficient and modern vehicle inspection services in shorter time.
The inauguration was attended by Brigadier Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Na’or, Director General of the General Directorate of Operations and Security Support at Sharjah Police, Ali Khalifa Bin Shaheen Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Emirates Petroleum Company (Shamil), Ibrahim Al Houti, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at Sharjah Asset Management, Colonel Khalid Al Kay, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Department, Colonel Mohammed Ahmed Al Mahrezi, Head of the Technical Inspection Section at the Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Department and representatives from collaborating companies.
Brigadier Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Na’or emphasised the importance of collaborative efforts with strategic partners to develop traffic services, enhance leadership, and improve service quality for customers.
He noted that the new inspection centre in Al Siyouh will service a wide segment of the population, providing them with accessible and efficient services.
