A Dubai Police patrol aided an Arab woman whose vehicle had a flat tyre.
The patrol noticed the stranded car, pulled over behind it, and a policeman from Al Barsha Police Station disembarked to secure the scene.
The man professionally changed the damaged tyre, ensuring the woman and her two children, an 11-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter were safe.
The woman had taken her children to Global Village in Dubai to enjoy the season’s final promotions.
Around midnight, while returning home with her children asleep in the backseat, the rear tyre burst inside a tunnel and she managed to pull over to the side of the road and called her husband, who was at work about 50 kilometres away.
Before she could contact the operations room, the police patrol arrived and resolved the issue swiftly.
Approximately 30 minutes later, the husband arrived to find the problem solved, his family safe, and the car ready to drive.
He thanked the policeman for the timely assistance.
The woman expressed gratitude, stating that the patrol’s quick response and professionalism ensured her family’s safety and peace of mind.
