In a remarkable convergence of people from all walks of life and nationalities, the renowned Yogi Sadhguru hosted an extraordinary event titled "Meet, Mingle, and Meditate" at the iconic Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. The largest meditation programme in Dubai till date saw a staggering attendance of 12,000 people, allowing attendees to engage in an interactive session, Live Q&A and meditation with Sadhguru.

“The purpose of meditation is to create the necessary inner ambience for you to live in Joy and peace, and in turn unfold your genius,” said Sadhguru.

“If you want well-being, we have to turn inward. In is the Only Way Out.”

Sharing her experience of the meditation conducted by Sadhguru, one of the participants stated, “It’s super deep and powerful when you touch your inner bliss. It is amazing, so lightful, it’s always like you come back home.”

Sadhguru’s programmes have been the subject of research from Harvard Medical School which has proven their efficacy in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Sadhguru was also an active voice at UNFCCC’s COP28 UAE with the Save Soil programme, that aims to promote the role that healthy, living soils play in mitigating climate change, as well as how they can guarantee food security, enhance biodiversity, sequester three times as much carbon as living plants and reduce various forms of pollution.

From speaking at ‘The Wake Up Experience’ on World Soil Day organised by Impact Nest in collaboration with UNHCR to several other speaking engagements during COP28, Sadhguru was able to interact with thousands of people imparting his wisdom and sharing his knowledge.
