UAE urges private sector to adopt flexible working hour on Friday

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) in the UAE has urged private companies in the country to adopt flexible work schedules tomorrow, Friday, Nov.17, given the current unstable weather conditions.

“Necessary measures need to be taken by companies to ensure outdoor work, which is necessary to resume, complies with the occupational health and safety requirements,” the Ministry said on its X handle.

“Companies also need to ensure the health and safety of workers commuting to and from outdoor work locations,” the ministry said.
