Abu Dhabi City Municipality is organising the ‘Tawasul’ initiative. WAM

Abu Dhabi City Municipality is organising the ‘Tawasul’ initiative in collaboration with Al Wahda Mall and Al Mushrif Mall. The initiative, coordinated by the City Municipality Centre, aims to inform the community about the projects and services provided by Abu Dhabi City Municipality while gathering feedback and requirements from the public to enhance service quality.

The launch of the initiative took place at Al Wahda Mall on July 11, 12, and 13, 2023, and it will continue at Al Mushrif Mall on July 25 and 26, 2023.

Through these events, community members can engage with representatives, address their concerns, and receive information about ongoing and future projects undertaken by the Municipality on Abu Dhabi Island.

Moreover, the initiative seeks to familiarise customers with the Municipality’s services and gain a diverse range of suggestions and ideas from the community to improve the quality of life and increase public satisfaction.

In line with the Year of Sustainability 2023, the initiative supervisors have distributed free agricultural seedlings during the event to promote public engagement in planting, environmental care, and the principles of sustainable development.
