Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustav faced a awkward situation while he along with his wife Queen Sylvia was on a cross-country visit.

King’s car broke down after its battery ran out, an unusual thing to happen with a king’s or a head of state’s vehicle.

There was no one available for the help as King was not accompanied by a convoy of police cars and vehicles of other officials.

Though the people passing by the street did recognise the King but instead of offering help they were busy in making the videos on their mobiles.

Embarrassed King along with his wife and driver had no option but to sit in the car quietly until the official help comes.

Luckily a police patrol passing by the road stopped and had a spare battery to help king’s driver to restart the car.
