His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, affirmed that life is so boring if there are no challenges, stressing that UAE vision is to be on top.

Sheikh Mohammed said in a video with the hashtag on Instagram, #Flashes of Leadership, “You have to find the space in which you would like to move. Some people have limited vision, and work in a narrow space.

For us, our vision is to be on top, in all fields, such as airlines, horses or others. You have to put your vision into effect and implement it.

“Seize opportunities and never lose them. Seize them before others, life is boring without challenges.”

The Vice President of the UAE said last week, “You must believe in yourself…”

The Ruler of Dubai Sheikh said, “If you wake up in the morning and said to yourself that you cannot do something, you will not be able to do it…

“Your conscience must push you to do it, and you must be convinced that you want to do it if you are optimistic and believe in your optimism.

“But if you are pessimistic, you will not be able to achieve anything…"

“Do not say I have nothing but say I want this thing. If you want to achieve something, You will be guided to the way you can achieve it... You must believe in yourself."

Sheikh Mohammed said that everyone must organise time in order to achieve their goals.

The Dubai Ruler wrote, “Time is like life for me, you can’t store it like a river. You cannot step on the same water twice, because it is past. You cannot store life also because it is continuous."

The Vice President of the UAE launched the #FlashesofLeadership on his Instagram account to share part of his life, practical experiences, and leadership vision with the public.

He keeps sharing inspirational quotes and anecdotes on social media platforms.
