Neptune, the first floating villa of a batch of 12 Floating Sea Palace Resorts, has been successfully placed in the sea after completing a series of tests.

The project is launched by an Emirati company in the ships and vessels industry, “Seagate Shipyard.”

Al Hamra Port in Ras Al Khaimah witnessed the floating of the first units of Floating Sea Palace Resort. The total cost of 12 units of the “Floating Sea Palace Resort” will be Dhs870 million. The remaining 11 units are under-construction with around 75 per cent of the work completed. The first eco-friendly floating mobile house in the world was launched in the presence of Muhammad Elbahrawy, CEO Alia Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Colin Gray Port Manager, VIPs and mediapersons.

With unprecedented features and a high-level of luxury and welfare, Neptune is part of an unrepeatable resort expected, following the completion in the first quarter of 2023, to mark qualitative leap in the tourism and hotel industry in Dubai. With 300 sqm area each, the floating and mobile house is made up of two storeys, balcony and a roof with a glass swimming pool, hitting a total area of 900 sqm: The first storey consists of four (4) bedrooms with attached washrooms. Distinguished by a spacious and ample glass flooring, the ground floor does provide dwellers with a fascinating and breathtaking view, in addition to the kitchen, living room, two extra rooms for workers and the balcony.

Thence this project is an addition and touch in the properties world in Dubai, which is long known for unparalleled achievements reflecting a contemporaneous lifestyle, the real estate market in the UAE and attracting world tourism as the project will be a breakthrough in the tourism industry.

Opting to place the project in Dubai, as confirmed by Elbahrawy, is owing to various reasons: most importantly, Dubai is one of the noteworthy and significant tourism and investment destinations in the modern world, flexible in economy, integrated in legislative environment, and robust in its infrastructure.

“We, Seagate Shipyard, honoured our promises and the Floating Sea Palace Resort

transformed from a dream and thoughtful plan on papers into a peculiar and one-off entity in real life,” Elbahrawy added.
