The Dubai Public Prosecution has referred an Arab manager and his runaway accomplice to criminal court for forging an official document in Dubai.

The incident dates back to last November, when the defendant and his accomplice had forged the issue date of a trade licence in order to renew an employee’s visa.

An employee of the immigration department has noticed the forged documents once the defendant had applied for the visa renewal.

When asked defendant denied all accusations and blamed it on the company’s PRO.

After proving the defendant’s involvement in the forgery crime, he was arrested and prosecuted.
