VIDEO: Indian villagers pull truck out of gorge using ropes

Men in a village in Nagaland came together to pull a truck out of a deep gorge.

A viral video showed the essence of teamwork as the men pulled several ropes attached to the vehicle and dragged it out slowly.

According to reports, the crew of the truck which carried ginger escaped with minor injuries.

The truck has been stuck in the gorge for some time, due to lack of machinery, locals decided to pull it out themselves.

The video shows that bamboo trees were used to facilitate the pulling out of the truck.

The video was tweeted by Mmhonlumo Kikon, a BJP spokesperson.
