Dubai Police honour staffer who retired after 42 years of service

The General Command of Dubai Police recently honoured an employee who spent 42 years of dedicated and devoted service to the force.

The honouring ceremony was attended by Expert Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, who awarded Mrs. Shadiya Jamal Saad Al Dien for her loyalty and tireless effort in serving the force for more than four decades.

Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri lauded Mrs. Shadiya's excellent and efficient performance in carrying out her duties. "She is known for being a role model of ethics and dedication to work among her peers," he added.

"It is our duty to show respect and appreciation to those who have devoted their life and dedicated their efforts in serving the Dubai Police for so long," Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri added.

Maj. Gen Al Mansouri presented to Mrs. Shadiya a certificate of appreciation for her contribution to the Dubai Police and wished her a happy life.

For her part, the retired employee expressed her gratitude to the General Command of Dubai Police, noting that she was very proud to serve the force for such a long period, extending her thanks to her colleagues for being supportive and providing assistance during his tenure.
