In its bid to enhance customers’ happiness the Rak Al Khaimah Police have decided to extend 50% discount on traffic fines until Dec.23, 2020.
Earlier the discount on traffic fine was set to end on Wednesday.
Police officials revealed that the extension will ease the burden on individuals and will facilitate payment of the accumulated fines by vehicle owners.
All traffic violations and fines for vehicles impounded across Ras Al Khaimah are included in the discount.
Police urged motorists to take advantage of the current discount and expedite payment of all fines through the police smart application.
Lastly, police officials called upon drivers to adhere to traffic rules, as well as to maintain speed limit on internal and external roads of the Emirate in order to avoid committing any violations and maintain the safety of all road users.
