Gulf Today Report 

A 6.3 magnitude earthquake on Tuesday hit the coast of Indonesia's West Sumatra province.

The earthquake occurred more than 100 km (62.14 miles) from land at a depth of 10 km.

 According to Indonesia's meteorological, climatology and geophysical agency, no tsunami warning had been issued for the earthquake.
