A 36-year-old Asian manager was arrested and referred to criminal court for raping his housemaid during her sleep in Dubai.
During investigations, the maid testified that she was sleeping inside her room when the defendant entered around 9:00am and began to grope her.

He took advantage of her deep sleep, stripped her naked and began to rape her until she woke and found the defendant on top of her.
She pushed him hard and ran outside the house to report the incident to police.
After being arrested, the defendant argued that he thought that the victim approved of the situation since she took no action during the incident.
The defendant was charged with rape and awaits punishment for his actions.
