A 59-year-old Asian manager was arrested and referred to criminal court for assaulting his female employee in Dubai.

Official records indicate that the defendant took advantage of the victim’s need of a job, and began to lure her in and sexually assault her, despite of the victim’s warning to him of maintaining his distance.

The victim testified that she was hired as a secretary at the defendant’s company, and after a period of time, he promoted her to be a saleswoman, and she was handed a vehicle from the company.

The defendant insisted to stick around the victim and accompany her multiple times using the vehicle she received, and molested her while driving repeatedly, as well as send explicit contents and messages through WhatsApp.

At the end, the victim’s determination of refusing his desire lead to her termination from the company.

Later on, the victim was encouraged to file a report against the defendant and he was placed under arrested on sexual assault charges.
