The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai announced four conditions for the residents returning to the emirate. All returnees to the emirate must get an entry permit via the website of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), along with a PCR test for COVID-19 (negative result).
The permit and the PCR test will be required before boarding the plane in the country of taking-off.
In addition, these should be presented upon arrival at the Dubai Airports.
After arrival, all returnees will have to install “DXB COVID-19 SMART APP”, the committee said, confirming that there is no compulsory to quarantine or home isolation for a period of 14 days as long as the PCR test is negative.
