The Emirates Red Crescent affirmed the provision of travel tickets for those wishing to return to their home countries, after communicating with the embassies of their countries first. The ERC said that it came within the framework of benefiting from the assistance of the “Reunification”, as part of its efforts of the initiative “Among your family”.

In a statement to Al Khaleej, the ERC indicated that those wishing to return to their homeland must communicate with the embassies of their countries, then communicate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, then with the ERC to provide travel tickets, as part of its efforts to enhance community services which achieve solidarity between the members of society.

The ERC also invited philanthropists to contribute to support those affected by the repercussions of the coronavirus locally. In this respect, the ERC launched the “Among your family” initiative, which included many ways to support those affected, including the contribution of Dhs500 to reunite the affected people and provide them with tickets to return to their homeland.
