A new customer-centric initiative helps people to shop homegrown brands as customers order from stores and collect items from designated pick-up locations across City Walk, La Mer and The Beach.

The initiative launched by Meraas offers a contactless pick-up service, that will keep customers connected to their favourite local retailers and restaurants in a safe and convenient way.

The “Curbside Pickup” service enables customers to collect orders from their favourite stores with a reduced waiting time, through a simple, contactless three-step process:

Place an order with the store of choice via one of their points of purchase (website, phone call, or the brand’s app). A store representative will contact the customer with their order, the time their order will be ready for collection and from the designated location.

When customers arrive at the agreed location, they contact the store via their preferred contact method – phone call, WhatsApp, text message, etc, with details of the make, colour and registration of their vehicle.

A store representative will bring the product to the customer’s car.

The customer will pay using any cashless method, and the order is delivered in the car.

Contact details of all participating F&B and retail outlets in the Curbside Pickup initiative can be found on City Walk, La Mer and The Beach’s websites, along with all pick-up points’ and exact locations on Google Maps.

So, for those craving a classic Eggspectations sunny-side-up start to their day, a Mitts and Trays’ signature char-grilled roasted chicken or a turmeric latte for lunch, they can now easily pick-up where they left-off in pre-COVID-19 life with bites and treats directly from their adored local brands at Meraas’ trademark destinations.

In line with Meraas’ implementation of all government-mandated measures taken to safeguard the health and well-being of their staff and customers across their destinations, the pick-up points will also be rigorously sanitised as part of the on-going disinfection and sanitisation cycle scheduled every two hours across all Meraas destinations.
