The official list ranks the nation's best employers based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management policies and practices.

Brigadier General Dr Ghaith Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of the Dubai Police Academy, said that remarkable achievement fulfils our leader's vision of becoming the happiest nation. He added that this recognition is a result of the support and encouragement of H.E Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander in Chief of Dubai Police, Chairman of Dubai Police Academy Board, and the follow-up of PhD Major General Mohammad Ahmed Bin Fahad, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Academic and Training Affairs, as well as the concerted efforts, energies and hard work of the Academy's employees and faculty members.

Al Suwaidi stressed the Academy's keenness on spreading happiness among the employees through implementing innovative initiatives, including applying the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work for a happy work environment.
