Indian universities and higher education institutions will be in focus during the 16th International Education Show 2019, which will be hosted by the Expo Centre Sharjah from Jan.22–24, 2020.

The exhibition will feature over 150 educational institutions from more than 20 countries including universities from the US, UK, Malaysia, Japan, Russia, Hungry, Pakistan and India.

India will be the Focus Country which will have biggest number of universities under the banner of ‘Career Utsav’ orgasnised by K2 Learning, a Bangalore-based educational event organiser.

An agreement to organise Career Uttsav was signed by Sultan Shattaf, Director Business Development & Marketing, Expo Centre Sharjah and Sripall D. Jain, Managing Director of K2 Learning Resources India Private Limited, on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, Shattaf thanked Sripall D Jain for bringing ‘Career Uttsav’ to the International Education Show. The ‘Career Uttsav’ is one of the biggest education and career guidance vents in India that caters to one of the largest higher education sectors in the world with more than 70 million enrolments.

Shattaf said that the UAE is home to a big Indian diaspora. K2 Learning Resources India will be partner for India market for International Education Show 2020.

“I am sure that the extensive experience and expertise of Career Uttsav will help us create one of the largest higher education events in the region that will be a boon not only for the large Indian population here but also others who wish to study in the fastest growing economy in the world,” he added.

Sripall Jain said that ‘Career Uttsav’ is one of the biggest higher education fairs in India that is held in multiple cities catering to tens of thousands of students and parents, along with concurrent sessions, seminars, and workshops.

During the International Education Show 2020, ‘Career Uttsav’ will be bringing more than 50 Indian universities, colleges, other educational institutions and boarding schools.

“India offers an extensive range of study programmes that are recognised globally. With hundreds of universities and thousands of colleges to choose from, there is no limit to what and where a student can study in India. India is considered as the second largest higher education centre in the world and one of the most cost-effective education industries; studying here will be surely a great experience,” he added.
