The cast and crew of much-talked about forthcoming web series “7th Sense,” produced by Gaurang Doshi, have finally assembled in Dubai to start their mission of shooting.

Directed by Karan Darra, the shooting has just started in Dubai a few days ago, and most of the cast members and crew that includes Bollywood star R. Madhavan, Rohit Roy, Sana Saeed, Eli AvrRam are in Dubai.

Looking happy and excited to be back in front of the camera, they interacted with local media on Wednesday afternoon in a press conference observed with social distancing.

Sharing his experience Bollywood star R. Madhavan said, “I think I am grateful to be back in front of the camera after so many months. I am feeling good, as well as excited at the same time. It is indeed good to be back to work.”

“I appreciate Dubai authorities for managing things so nicely even in such an unprecedented situation. I also praise our producer Gaurang and his team for managing such an ensemble cast so nicely. I am eagerly looking forward to complete the work,” said the star.

When Gaurang was asked to share his experience of picking Dubai as a shooting location, he said, "Dubai is a beautiful place and since I am also a resident here picking it as a location for the shoot was a natural choice for me.”

“I am thankful for the cast, crew and my actors for supporting me and I am looking forward to bringing the best out of it. I was determined to do it and I have only one aim and that is “7^th Sense.”

When asked which OTT platform he is looking for his web series, he said, “I am not looking for them, rather they are after me because there is  not much content available for them to show. All the OTT platforms are after me, hence I will pick and choose later.”

Known for giving mega-hits like “Deewaar” and “Aankhein,” Gaurang is well known for bringing an ensemble cast in his production and has entertained audiences with a larger-than-life kind of cinema.  So, people have very high hope from his production house. He asserted, “We have a great cast and great script and hope we would be able to offer the best."

The “7th Sense” also has Vijay Raaz, Tanuj Virwani, Aashim Gulati, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Ashaas Channa, Sajjad Dela, Subroto Dutta, Mahesh Balraj and Manuj Sharma.

When asked about the withdrawal of Chunkey Pandey and Amisha Patel from the project, Gaurang said, “We all are friends and we all have our own priorities. That’s how our industry works.”

Roy too looked excited to be here in Dubai. He shared, “We are grateful to be here. I am amazed to see people following rules, like social distancing and masking themselves and life is going on very smoothly here.”
