Plot of land in Dubai sold for Dhs123 million

Dubai’s real estate market on Friday recorded the sale of a plot of land in Mankhool area for Dhs123 million, according to data from Dubai REST app of Dubai Land Department.
The data showed that the transaction involved the purchase of a 3,000-square-metre plot of land at an average price of approximately Dhs41,400 per square metre.
This transaction reflected the continued activity in Dubai’s real estate market, driven by ongoing demand for land and prime locations in the emirate.
