Hotels in Dubai record full occupancy on New Year's Eve

Hotel reservations levels in specific areas in Dubai exceeded more than 95%, especially in hotels and resorts in the Downtown Dubai and Palm Jumeirah areas, and hotel apartment facilities record strong occupancy of more than 70%, close to the New Year celebrations areas.

Booking sites showed that levels of demand for hotel accommodation are high during New Year's Eve in many vital areas of Dubai, which are witnessing celebrations and fireworks.

Some sites indicated that the supply of hotel rooms on their platforms had run out, while some units offered by hotel establishments remained available are high rates.

Dubai is witnessing a strong demand for reservations from both the local and international markets, especially in light of the celebrations held by various entities such as Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Festival City, The Beach, Bluewaters, Global Village and others.

Hotel occupancy in Dubai is expected to range between 70% and 95% across the city, with the number of hotel establishments reaching full occupancy, especially those located in vital areas in Dubai.

Dubai hotels also provide a range of offers and discounts on the prices of nights of accommodation, to attract visitors and tourists, while contracts with tourist groups, individuals or couples indicate that there is a strong demand for reservations, especially from the European markets.
