Developer has completed and delivered a project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

Reportage properties has added new units to their Rukan Lofts project, which the company is developing in  ‘Dubailand’ district,’ in cooperation with the Continental Investment Company.

The move came after the company sold all the units in the project, which is to be handed over next year.

The Rukan Lofts includes about 654 residential villas, while the Rukan Tower provides about 488 housing units, consisting of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The new units will be offered at prices starting from Dhs695000 for a one-room townhouse, and Dhs995000  for a two-room townhouse. The units are offered with  a down payment of only 10%.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, Reportage Properties said that the launch of new units of the “Rukan Lofts” came after the company managed achieving good sales, amid a significant increase in demand, especially in light of the competitive and attractive prices offered for buyers.

Suleiman focused on the  distinct location of “Rukan Lofts” in the “Wadi Al Safa 7” area of Dubailand, near Arabian Ranches, and close to the most prominent shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment parks.

“Rukan Lofts” is one of the major projects in Dubailand, with more than 800 perfectly designed townhouses, spreading over an area of 2.6 million square feet, where more than 70% of open and green public spaces create a comfortable living environment for families.

Suleiman confirmed that the progress of the construction works in the “Rukan Lofts” is notably well ,so as to insure the fulfillment of the project and  start handing over to buyers next year. That reflects the strong performance and stability of the company’s business strategy, and enhances the confidence of buyers in the company’s projects.

Reportage Properties sales totaled Dhs704mn during the first half of this year, compared to Dhs340mn during the first half of 2020, a growth of 107%.

The company is developing 11 projects the UAE, providing about 5,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They completed and delivered a project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi. They also launched lately the “Montenapoleone” project in New Cairo in Egypt, which is their first project outside the UAE.

The list of Reportage Properties projects in Abu Dhabi includes Al Raha Lofts 1, which provides 178 housing units, and Al Raha Lofts 2, which adds 124 housing units, within the Al Raha Beach area.
