Expo 2020 will boost realty sector

Dubai real estate market is growing and the Expo 2020 Dubai will give a new boost to property market, said Walid Al Zarouni, Chairman of ‘W Capital Real Estate Brokerage Company in Dubai.
He said the recent regulations announced by Dubai Government will stabilise the market and will boost the investors’ confidence.
Al Zarouni was speaking to the media during the announcement of the Grand Prize Winner at the free apartment draw event in Dubai. Mohamed Hassan a representative from the Department of Economy Development (DED) also attended the event. The choice was made to the Saudi citizen (S.S.F), who was eligible to the competition after buying an apartment in the Creek area.
The lucky winner won a Dhs350,000 apartment in the “Mag 5 Boulevard “ project, which is being developed by MAG Development.
The raffle draw took place in a special celebration organized by W Capital recently in Dubai. A representative from the Department of Economic Development in Dubai withdrew the winning coupon and selected the lucky winner.
The competition coincided with the celebrations of the 48th anniversary of UAE National Day.
Walid Al Zarouni congratulated the winner in the draw which was approved and supervised by Dubai Land Department and the Department of Economic Development in Dubai. He stated that the success of this competition will encourage the continuation of distinguished promotional offers. “The choice of this award reflects the company’s keenness to please the hearts of our customers through providing value which is a primary goal for our customers.
