du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), has strengthened its partnership with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution in the UAE, to provide dynamic class leading data centre services.

As part of the agreement, du will continue to deliver advanced network solutions with increased operational and network efficiency that will further enhance the service experience of ADIB customers, in addition to providing innovative M2M solutions and managed connectivity services.

Meanwhile the du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), is making it easier for customers to stay connected when travelling overseas with the launch of a roaming bundle, which features unlimited calling and 2.5GB of data for the price of Dhs 300 for 7 days, to enrich their experience abroad.

This means customers will no longer need to buy a local sim card to enjoy telco benefits, enabling them to enjoy hassle-free calling back home (to the UAE), calls within visited destination and to 174 destinations - all from their own UAE number. With this roaming bundle, du is connecting customers to their friends and family while travelling this summer, at attractive and affordable rates. This ensures customers have a convenient, stress-free experience to allow them more time to focus on what matters most while overseas.

‘Hassle-free travel experiences’     By subscribing to the roaming bundle, customers’ no longer have to worry about the rigors associated with mobile connectivity while travelling. Through the delivery of a hassle-free bundle with attractive rates, customers can now call or message home, as well as numerous other destinations, as soon as they land from their personal UAE number. This means they can connect to the internet or call a taxi the moment they land with complete ease.

The latest addition to du’s roaming bundles will be available for customers travelling to 174 countries, including GCC countries, UK, USA, European destinations, and Egypt, starting from May 30th. du’s Postpaid mobile subscribers can subscribe to this roaming bundle by sending the SMS U to 5102.  Following the successful launch of YuppTV in the region, du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), has launched a strategic partnership with YuppTV, being one of the leading OTT platforms, to offer its South Asian subscribers unlimited access to 150+ premium TV channels and over 3,000 on demand movies in 10 languages. This means that du subscribers can now enjoy the best of South Asian content on up to four of their chosen devices upon subscribing to du’s Home plans and packages.
