UAE reports 9 coronavirus deaths, 549 new cases

The UAE health Ministry conducted over 26,195 COVID-19 tests and revealed 549 new coronavirus cases.
The total number of cases registered in the country reached 11,929.
The Ministry also announced the death of 9 people of different nationalities who were infected with the coronavirus. This brings the total deaths in the country to 98 people.
The ministry announced the recovery of 148 new cases, bringing the total recovery cases in the country to 2,329 cases.
The new cases were identified after the ministry intensified screening for COVID-19 and expanded testing among those who were in contact with the previously confirmed patients.
