Mohammed Harib, CEO of the Dubai International Marine Club, confirmed that preparations are underway to organize the final Dubai Grand Prix of the season at the highest organizational standards.
He noted that Dubai continues to excel each year in hosting the final round of the XCAT World Championship, becoming a distinguished global destination for marine sports—especially with the outstanding performance of the Victory Team. He expressed optimism that the team would secure the title this season, crowning the efforts of Emirati drivers Salem Al Adidi and Isa Al Ali, as well as the contributions of all administrative and technical members of the Victory Team.
Harib also invited media representatives to attend the competition site and document the anticipated Emirati achievement as the Victory Team prepare to climb the world podium. He emphasized that hosting the final event on UAE soil adds special significance, motivating everyone to double their efforts to achieve this milestone, which would be added to the team’s long list of international titles.
The Victory Team strengthened their lead in the XCAT World Championship standings after its strong performance in the second round held in Kuwait last November, collecting 65 points by securing first place in the first main race and second place in the second main race.
