Habtoor Polo team triumph at the thrilling Halloween Exhibition Cup

The sun was blazing over Al Habtoor Polo Club, but that didn’t stop players and ponies from delivering an electrifying Halloween Exhibition Cup Final.

The day kicked off with an exciting Club Chukkers showdown between Team White and Team Blue, setting the tone for the action ahead. The momentum carried into the final match, where Habtoor Polo faced off against Dr. A – Jehangiri Polo Team in a thrilling battle that kept the energy high and the crowd on the edge of their seats.

The first match for Club Chukkers crowned the White Team as winners in an exciting showdown against the Blue Team. The Blue Team featured Bruno Paz, Freddy Leyland, Edgardo Montoja, and Miguel Delia, while the White Team fielded Petra Spanko, Javier Lenina, HH Sultan Faisal, and Juan C. Guevara.

The match kicked off with electrifying energy from both sides, setting the tone for a thrilling game. Petra Spanko and Juan C. Guevara dominated the field with seamless teamwork and powerful plays, leading the White Team to a well-earned victory in this fast-paced and friendly Club Chukkers match, finishing strong with a final score of 5–2.

The second match for the final saw Habtoor Polo Club crowned champions in an exhilarating clash against the Dr. A – Jehangiri Polo Team. Habtoor Polo featured Mohammed Al Habtoor, Khalifa Al Maktoum, Khalaf Al Habtoor, and Juan C. Guevara, while the opposition fielded Dr. A, Tariq Al Habtoor, Nacho Pires, and Saad Jehangiri, with Miguel Delia officiating the game. The match opened at a measured pace, with both teams testing each other during the first two chukkers. By the third, however, the energy shifted as Habtoor Polo ignited the field, displaying remarkable skill and determination. Dr. A impressed the crowd in the second chukker with a spectacular run down the field, scoring a stunning goal that drew cheers from all around. Ultimately, Habtoor Polo surged ahead with unstoppable momentum, sealing a commanding 7.5–4 victory and taking the championship.I
